1. Medical Journal should give access to full text of all Original Articles one year old and older (see the policy of the New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA).
2. All other websites should be free.
3. Access to the websites should not require previous registration. Exceptions to this rule will be made only in selected cases.

Quarterly evaluation
At the end of each quarter, the four websites with the lowest number of points in the Champions League will be relegated to the 2nd League, and the four websites with the highest number of points in the 2nd League will be promoted to the Champions League.
Likewise, the five websites with the lowest number of points in the 2nd League will be relegated to the 3rd League, and the five websites with the highest number of points in the 3rd League will be promoted to the 2nd League.
